Terms of Service
Effective May 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EDGE Terminal, including the website, web application, APIs, documentation, and related community channels (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by EDGE (“EDGE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, requesting access, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
EDGE Terminal is a software platform for options market analytics — including gamma exposure (GEX), volatility structure, unusual options flow, charting, macro context, and related research tools.
EDGE provides analytics and visualization tools only. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, or financial institution. The Service does not execute trades, hold customer funds, or provide custody of securities or cash.
Features, modules, data feeds, and pricing may change as the product evolves. Beta or early-access features may be incomplete, intermittent, or withdrawn without notice.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract.
- You must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with laws and regulations that apply to you, including market-data and trading rules in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts, access codes, and authentication
Access may require an approved account, subscription, or valid access code issued by EDGE. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access codes.
You may optionally link a Discord account for profile display and community access. When you connect Discord, we receive information made available by Discord under your authorization (such as user ID, username, display name, and avatar URL) as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe your credentials are compromised, your account is abused, or these Terms are violated.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid plans (including EDGE Terminal at the price shown on our site, currently $39.99 per month unless otherwise stated) are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing by EDGE. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
We may change prices or plan features. We will provide reasonable notice of material price increases before they apply to your next renewal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Free trials, promotional pricing, referral credits, and beta access may be offered at our discretion and may be modified or ended at any time.
5. No investment advice
Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Content, levels, metrics, alerts, and commentary are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance, historical metrics, and simulated results do not guarantee future outcomes.
You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of any information presented in the Service.
6. Market data and third-party content
Market data, quotes, greeks, flow prints, macro series, and news may be supplied by third-party vendors and public sources. Such data may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or subject to vendor redistribution restrictions.
You agree not to redistribute, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit raw data obtained through the Service except as expressly permitted by us or the underlying data vendor.
Third-party names, logos, and data remain the property of their respective owners. Their terms may apply in addition to these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent access controls.
- Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service except through documented APIs we provide.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for unlawful activity.
- Do not misrepresent your affiliation with EDGE or use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Do not share access codes, accounts, or subscription seats in a manner that violates your plan limits.
8. Referral program
EDGE may offer a referral or partner program with revenue-sharing tiers as described on our site. Participation is subject to separate program rules, eligibility review, and ongoing compliance with these Terms.
We may withhold, adjust, or terminate referral payouts if we detect fraud, self-referrals, chargebacks, or other abuse. Referral terms may change; continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, logos, documentation, and proprietary analytics, is owned by EDGE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business research.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as journal notes). You grant EDGE a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO EDGE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EDGE from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription according to the billing flow provided.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated via the Service or email where appropriate.
Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
Except where prohibited, you agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have rights under local mandatory law that cannot be waived by contract.
